Update V1.3

I made a few adjustments since last update

1. I changed the aspect ratio so it is more like a mobile or cell phone game. This makes it more challenging because there is less time until the bird reaches the plane

2. I made the birds bigger so they are easier to see

3. I reduced the cool down between shots so you can kill the birds as fast as they spawn
